Returns & Refunds Policy

Our policy As every Lowkora item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at lowkorahelp@outlook.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund — no return shipment required.

Exchanges We do not offer size or colour exchanges as each item is produced on demand. If you are unsure about sizing please refer to our size guide or contact us before ordering and we will help you choose the right fit. If an exchange is agreed, please do not send items back without contacting us first.

European Union 14 day cooling off period If your order is being shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at lowkorahelp@outlook.com before sending anything back and we will find the best solution for you.

Refunds We will notify you once your case has been reviewed and let you know if a refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved please contact us at lowkorahelp@outlook.com.
